He is currently mentoring candidates from around the world in the Byron Katie International Certification program, and supporting new mentors in their mentoring of candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Our suffering comes from believing the stressful thoughts in our minds. That is how we pollute and poison our world. The Work of Byron Katie is a simple and very powerful way of identifying those thoughts and questioning them.<\/p>\n<p>When we question them with an open mind we find a world that isn't polluted by our stressful stories. We discover a life that is kinder and more loving and peaceful.
