Especially when you vote for a person such as a mayor and or councilors. It is not for political parties. This is an example of an evolved voting method
being deployed.

The NZ Government website that explains this is at: http://www.stv.govt.nz

When New Zealanders become wise they will realize that this voting system empowers the community, and rewards the candidate who is a unifier of people - and penalises those who polarize the community.
This is a system for conscious citizens. It is 21st century technology and systems working together. If we are unable to comprehend how this system
can enable better governance by the community, then regrettably we lose this profound opportunity to empower conscious governance into being.

Values Political Party

New Zealand had an Ecological party, called the Values Party before they became the Green Party and in some ways lost their identity to a homogenous global
movement that was also a social movement embedded in political correctness. It is not my intention to critique the Greens, however the Values Party
was a very powerful mover in political consciousness globally and was able to be itself and connect with more people of the 'centre' than the Greens
have currently been doing for the last 10 years.

To check out the history of the Values Party of New Zealand and our planets first national, ecologically based political party go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Values_Party

You will get an understanding of the long and winding road that green consciousness has had to endure to educate human beings into the realization
that as an emergent species our bodies are made of the environment and made of the elements of this planet. When we crystalise our understanding that
we are a gift of nature, we can then engage in reciprocity and align with the natural world by becoming conscious of what we need to urgent do - to
bring about super sustainability and regeneration of the natural world.. Read the “manifestos” on the link at the bottom of the page.

And if you want to read the Green Party perspective on the Values Party go to: http://www.greens.org.nz/page/history-green-party

There is some very interesting information and you will see that two previous co leaders of the Green party, Jeanette Fitzsimons and the late Rod Donald
plus Mike Ward were Values Party members before becoming Green Members of Parliament.

Also, that we have to appreciate that Green consciousness is coming to the major political parties because of the Values and Green parties manifestos
and policies - however there is now an urgency to Green the whole of human society.

When I say Green I say deep green, not pale green or insipid green, nor even light green or even dark green for that matter.

This is EARTH FILES for this week.
