As individuals, taking more personal responsibility for our own health and well being, we are realising the sacredness of the body we inhabit.

Natural therapies have been around for thousands of years, but in the last 60 years have had bad press, much of it deliberate and orchestrated, however an increasingly astute population both here in NZ and overseas are recognising that the fundamentals of natural health are profoundly beneficial for our bodies and mind, that an increasing number of natural therapists are coming out of Natural Therapy colleges equipped to administer many time honoured modalities and indeed many new ones that have expanded on older methods.

The result is that a growing number of people, especially in the sporting field to business and all walks of life are realising that by taking personal responsibility for our own health and well being, we are also taking our power to become stronger in the face of adversity.

Listen to how the Wellpark journey began, and how Natural Therapies are becoming more integrated into the NZ health system.
